Sunset Speedway Park Hosts Race Midweek Event On Wednesday June 26th; Wild West Modified Shootout Returns To The Bullring

Banks, Oregon- Wednesday, June 26th, will have the Wild West Modified Shootout series back in Banks for one night and one night only. Some of the best IMCA Modifieds in the Western United States will converge on Sunset Speedway Park. The Street Stocks will be the support class for the night.
Ticket prices with $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00. A Family Pass (Two Adults and up to four Youths) is offered for $35.00 while Premium Seats are available for $25.00 each. Both nights the Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, with Racing kicking off at 6:00. For more information log on to www.sunsetspeedwaypark.com.
Locally this season Greg Walters has been in prime form. The Late Model standout has accumulated three wins in six starts. Jeremy Martin, Doug Lockwood, and Jerry Schram all have one win to their credit in 2019.
The Street Stocks have managed to complete four events this season. Craig Loomis has bested the field the most occasions with his two visits to the winner’s circle. Zack Simpson and Arnie Case are the only other driver to have tasted success with one victory each.
