July 21st 4-Bee Bonanza Is Next At SSP

Banks, Oregon- The biggest race of the 4-Bee division in 2018 will take place on Saturday, July 21st at Sunset Speedway Park. The event will feature a sixty-lap main event with thirty laps going in the traditional direction and thirty laps the field entering turn four and exiting turn one. Other classes included are the Super Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and New Bees.
Dale Holland won the first 4-Bee Bonanza in 2016 while the defending winner is Ryan Conroy. Conroy has eight 4-Bee wins in 2018 over Travis Koch, with two victories. Austin Henderson, Captain Turnabout, William Wolfe, and Eddie Farness all have one triumph to their credit.
Arnie Case has eight Street Stocks wins while Donald Scott is the only driver to have beat him once. Willie Sutton, Jason Johnson, and Britton Donahoo are the three winners in as many races in the Super Late Model ranks.
In the Pure Stocks, Tanner Krohling has three triumphs while Tim Zurita has won twice. Bert Pegg and Jacob Myers each have one apiece. Cutlass Jones is the only multi-feature winner in the New Bees, with three, while one-time winners include Barry Cannon, Ryan Potter, and Dakota Vorseth.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, Time Trials begin at 5:30, with Racing kicking off at 6:30. Tickets are $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00.
