Bud Light LIME-A-RITA Ladies Night Next For SSP On Saturday May 5th; $5.00 For Ladies 18 Or Older

Banks, Oregon- Calling all you lovely ladies out there. Are you looking for a Saturday night getaway with you and all your girlfriends or loved ones? Well look no further than Sunset Speedway Park for Ladies Night presented by Lime-A-Rita this Saturday, May 5th. The “Banks Bullring” is offering a special promotion for all ladies (age 18 or older) get into the races for just $5.00! There is also a Happy Hour special at the beer stand from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Division in competition include IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, 4-Bee’s, and both classes of 600cc Micro Sprints. Arnie Case won the first Street Stock race this year while Austin Henderson is thus far the only 4-Bee victor. Jo Jo Batalgia mastered the 600cc Restricted Micros in their 2018 debut while Evan Margeson got the job done in the 600cc Open Micros. Saturday will be the debut for the IMCA Modifieds and Pure Stocks.
In other news the Bobby Morley Memorial that was unfortunately rained out last Saturday has been rescheduled. The new date for that event is slated for Saturday, June 30th.

Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, Time Trials begin at 5:30, with Racing kicking off at 6:30. Tickets are $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00.
