SSP Hosting Kids Night On Saturday June 10th; Kids Twelve And Under FREE As Well As Bike Giveaways

Banks, Oregon- Sunset Speedway Park will be hosting Kids Night on Saturday, June 10th. All children twelve years or younger get into the races for FREE and there will be a bicycle give away as well during the course of the program. If there any sponsors or drivers that would like to donate bikes to giveaway that would be wonderful and feel free to notify the track. Classes competing include the Budweiser IMCA Modifieds, Bridgeport Logistic Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, 4-Bees, and New Bees.
The Budweiser IMCA Modifieds have yet to see a repeat winner in 2017. Aaron Elwess, Bubba Foster, and John Campos have all recorded victories in the division. In Bridgeport Logistic Street Stock competition Arnie Case and Chris West have wins in the only two races thus far. Larry Brookshire is coming of a big Pure Stock win with the Bud Light Iron Man 100 last Saturday. Brookshire has two wins while Rob Ferree has just a single victory.
John Gartner, Bob Berg, and Corey Watts have made it three different winners in as many races in the 4-Bee classification. Travis Zimmerly and Bailey Jackson are the two feature winners in the New Bees.
Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, Time Trials begin at 5:30, with Racing kicking off at 6:30. Tickets are $13.00 for Adults and Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00. A Family Pass (Two Adults and up to four Youths) is offered for $35.00 while Premium Seats are available for $25.00 each. For more information log on to www.sunsetspeedwaypark.com.
