Cottage Grove, Oregon- 2015 will see the Northwest Wingless Tour in action for the seventh season. The tour will compete in nine races at four different race tracks in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon and Washington. Since the series' inception in 2009 there has yet to be a repeat champion but 2015 just might see that streak come to an end. A complete schedule is listed below this story but please note that it is tentative and subject to change.
The season will begin in May and end in September at Oregon's Cottage Grove Speedway. The historical 1/4-mile clay oval will see the NWWT visit a total of four occasions. Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, Washington will be the largest facility the organization ventures to as the 3/8-mile clay oval will host the Northwest Wingless Tour twice this season. Sunset Speedway Park in Banks, Oregon will be the smallest track the group will compete at and the “Banks Bullring” also has two races scheduled. The only track to have just one single event is on Saturday July 25th at Coos Bay Speedway on the Oregon Coast.
